The program
Three phases. Three stackable credentials.
Phase 01 · Weeks 1–4
AI Literacy
Foundational fluency with AI tools, prompting, and responsible use — the vocabulary and confidence to work alongside AI.
AI Literacy Badge (CPD-Accredited)
Phase 02 · Weeks 5–8
AI Fluency
Applied practice that produces 8–10 portfolio assets demonstrating real, employer-relevant AI work.
AI Fluency Certificate
Phase 03 · Weeks 9–12
AI Proficiency
15–20 portfolio assets and a live, employer-connected marketing campaign delivered start to finish.
AI Proficiency Certificate / AI Deployment Corps Practitioner Credential

Investment
Most partners invest around $5,000 per participant.
A full cohort of 25 is typically $125,000, with facilitation, curriculum, and materials included.
